Unfortunately, we don't have a return and refund policy.  If, however, the merchandise you recieve is defective, we will accept a return.  Please note, however, that we inspect all merchandise prior to mailing to you.

Since we're a non-profit, we don't carry the goods in some warehouse.  We actually order the goods once you order from us.  So, please allow for 4-6 weeks delivery time.  Thank you:)
